I think my turbo is screaming/whistling at me.

My 2001 Golf Tdi with 296000 miles is screaming/whistling as I drive. Happens between 2000-2800 rpm. I've found other posts suggesting a boost leak but haven't found any yet, it all looks clean and dry of oil.

I don't mind the noise, it sounds pretty awesome!! Not sure if damage is being done though?

Any suggestions on what else i should check on or look for?
