I have a 2003 passat (non-diesel). Currently, every time I start it, the clock is reset to 12:00, the gear selector lights are all on, the radio stays on after I remove the key & open the door, and the electric windows work without a key and the door open. Are these all on a single relay or panel somewhere? I'm thinking a short somewhere, but have no idea where to look (or how). Thanks.
