Hey guys. I am trying to flash a BEW tune file using my MPPS v13 and getting a "conditions not met" error." I did remove the cluster fuse and am able to read the ECM. I tried about 6 times to write the file with the same error message. I do have 12.59v at the battery and the laptop battery is fully charged. I have tried flashing both the stock file and my modified file with no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.
