Ccv hose is leaking oil at the connection near the air hose and maf. Skid plate covered in oil.
I had been running high coolant temp. 215 to 220. Thermostat and temp sensor on radiator were replaced yesterday and temp are down 15 to 20 degrees. Can rtv be used to seal the connection or do I need a new hose. This seems like more oil than what the hose should be carrying. Thoughts?
