It does have scratches as it has been doing its job under my previous 2010 Jetta Sportwagen. The skid plate sells new for $249.00 with hardware and mounting brackets included at Dieselgeek. Does not include hardware Kit ($49.00) or stainless mounting brackets ($40.00). Both these can be bought at Dieselgeek separately.
