So when I was driving home about to pull into my neighborhood I go to downshift into first and I can't put it into first until i am almost at a complete stop. Once I got home I drove it around the block and noticed that when I try to shift into second I can't get it out of first until I am WELL under 2k RPM. Probably closer to 1000-1500 RPM. It is a 2005 Golf 5 speed with 130k Km. Also when reversing the engine lugs. I haven't had it ever do it in reverse. I have only had the car for about two months so I don't know any history on it. :confused::confused::confused:
Bad clutch???
