Just had my A/C quit on me yesterday; a week before a planned 2000+KM road trip where it is supposed to be well into the 30's of course. Looks like my large cooling fan died and is seized pretty solid as well.
As I understand it, having just one fan not working won't prevent the A/C from kicking in. I haven't had time to get underneath it yet to poke and prod at things and I'm currently reading the A/C troubleshooting guide. I do however have a question: Could my seized fan have taken out the Fan Control Module?
Fuses are all good, connections are good, I have 12V heading to the FCM. What else can I check from the topside with multi-meter?
Thanks!

A/C Not Working, Seized Fan, It's Hot Out, Etc.
