I've been fighting a really bad hesitation on my 06 BRW Jetta.
Lately it has been going into limp mode untill it warms up. Couple days ago coming home from work I had to turn it off and on twice to clear it. Normally it is laggy untill about 2k rpm then it takes off.
I believe the problem is with the VNT actuator/actuator adjustment.
I did the charge pressure control test with a vcds.

Does it look normal? I did not touch the gas or any other controls during the test. The previous owner said he replaced the turbo so maybe it was never adjusted correctly.
If I can't make some headway on this I'm going to need to take it to a shop.
