I just got the news that my 05 Beetle needs more work/investment than I am willing to make. It is whole, running and in pretty decent shape, cosmetically. It needs a new turbo, tie rods, brake rotors, control arm bushings, ball joints, front wheel bearings, the alternator is overcharging, melting wiring, OBD not communicating, there may be more. Wondering if I should junk it, part it out, sell it whole as a project. Open to suggestions and/or offers. It has 265K miles, but only about 60 on rebuilt motor.
I just got this news, so still digesting it, trying to figure out which way to jump, so thanks for all and any input.
