Intermettent A/C

So weird thing, the A/C compressor pumps cold air and the fans work and blow air, but not at the same time. Let me try my best to explain.

The fans quit blowing air once I turn the auto or just air on, yet you can hear them inside the dash, but there's to my knowledge no air leaks because as soon as I hit the ECON button the air blow very forcefully, I then hit the econ button again the air gets cold, and stops blowing after about a minute and I repeat the process of ECON button on and off quick and get another minute of cold air.
