It says they must have proposed fix for the 3.0 cars in by june 23rd, as of now there isnt one in. If they dont have a proposed fix at least turned in by that date, does it then become an untimely fix? They do have the other date as when it has to be accepted by but the proposed fix deadline/timeline is interesting.
