Good working condition but needs seals replaced as it's wet around the QA. The stop solenoid may be sticking/failing or it was a vehicle issue. The car wouldn't start until I applied 12v to the solenoid. I don't know if it needed more amps or what but it continued to run after removing the alligator clip.
