Turbo balancing in or around Houston?

Have a he351cw that I picked up from a member on here. I planned on throwing a rebuild kit at it and wondered if I should have the assembly balanced afterwords?



If so, anyone know a ball park estimate on what that costs and a decent shop that could get it done
