I am moving to AZ in about a month, Phoenix area, and can't find much info regarding emissions.
I have had to smog truck twice in CA, but lets just say I passed...
Does anyone have experience with AZ smog? Will my 370's get me below 40% opacity? What about a cat on a 98 12 valve, do I need it?
Beginning to think that I may be better off leaving it registered in CA as long as I can... Going to ASU as an out of state resident, could work.
Any input appreciated!
