Ok since I'm on the subject I thought that I had read so place that if you used the suspension from the Mk4 Jetta Wagon on a mk4 Jetta it not only would bolt up and transplant but it would also give a bit more stiffness and most importantly if you Winter drive CLEARENCE! The only issues I have had so far in the snowy weather driving was the snow would build up under the car and kill my momentum going up inclines. Heck clearance and studs there would be no stopping me! Also considering raising it up a bit if it does not effect handling....
