Code 17656 after replacing motor mount

I had the passenger side motor mount break and had to replace the motor mount. The bolt that holds the motor mount to the engine mount broke off so I had to lower and raise the motor to get to the side bolts to remove the mount from the motor. I noticed a bad vibration which let to the discovery of the motor mount being broke (the motor was pushed forward into the small radiator fan. Here is my current problem. After replacing the mount, I cranked the car, it was hard to start and smoked bad. I got the coder 17656 Start of the Injection pump. The car would barely run and had no power. I sent to put it back on the ramps and it shut off. Now the motor just spins and it will not crank. Sounds like it has no compression. Where do I start to diagnose the problem. The only parts removed when fixing the mount were the bottom pipe going to the intercooler, the top pipe that is flat under the fuel lines, the mount and the timing belt cover. Is there wiring that may have can unplugged while raising and lowering the engine? Any help would be appreciated!
