Hey all, I've read about the 97 tdi jetta having a jumper of some sort to the #12 location on the fuse/relay block. I've got a new glow plug relay right below the fuse, new glow plugs, new harness, andnchecked every fuse I can find.
I'm curious if this jumper is the last thing holding up my glow plug dilemma, if any one has some more info on this jumper or other things it. Could poisdlvy be it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
The car won't even start in 95 F degree weather without being plugged in..
