I was sitting in the Beetle, waiting for the wife to pick up some stuff at the market and I thought someone had thrown a rock from the street. There was a bang and the Beetle shook. I then saw what looked like a whiff of steam coming from the front so I shut down and checked. Oil on everything to the front and a hissing so I blew an AC hose somewhere to the rear of the engine. What are the maintenance change items for the Beetle when opening the system? I mean stuff like the Dodge H-Valve or GM accumulator and screen or Ford dryer....
AC woes just in time for summer...
