Opinions-Is this the smoking gun?

I bought the Passat (BSM delete, 5-speed) from a forum member in March 2016 with 190,000. A trusted tdi mechanic did the BSM delete and 5-speed swap at 180,000 and said the cam looked beautiful. I did an oil analysis at 210,000 and Blackstone Labs called it a "perfect report".
The last couple days I am noticing it running a little rough. Not much. Barely perceptible. So today I pulled the valve cover for a look. Most of the lobes looked new but I see something on Lobe 5 that has me worried. Lobe 5 chamfer is decent at the very tip but then it gets very small just to either side. Then grows larger further from the lobe. Here are links to a pic of each one.

Lobe 6: https://goo.gl/N4sMw3

Now my questions:
1. Is this cam toast?
2. Is it safe to drive a couple hundred miles to have my tdi guru do the work or is it a park-it-until-repaired situation where I will have to do it myself?
3. Timing belt has 60,000 miles. Do I need to do the timing belt at the same time or can I (should I) wait until 80,000 (maybe 8 months or so)?

Looking forward to some guidance. Thank you in advance.
