July 7th - Documents Complete
July 20th - Offer Letter Available
HOWEVER, date on the offer letter is July 8th!
All my other offer letters have a date of 1-2 days before getting the email that it is available. This one is dated 3 weeks ago.
Has anyone seen this strange phenomenon before?
