What a tribute to my 2012 Golf I turned in today! Such a nice back drop for one last photo. If there was an image to replace the website cover photo, I'll offer it up?:p:p
Arrived at the dealer about 10 minutes early and did a loop looking for a place to park. The dealership backs on to a large scrap metal yard beside a rail line. As the big magnet crane was busily loading scrap metal, I had to jump out and take this pic. Who knows where it will end up (likely not in this scrap pile!) but at 185000kms, it was a pretty awesome and trouble free car.

*yes....I took the grille emblem as a keepsake
**yes...those are worn out winters on steelies
***yes....I bought a 2015 TDI to replace it!
