Hi all, first post. I've installed a water/meth injection kit on my 05 Jetta TDI. I'm having troubles getting it to turn on based on anything the car is doing. The kit will work when I press the test button. That causes it to spray. I've tried both the MAF and MAP sensor and it's a no-go.
The kit is AEM 30-3350 - V2. It has a controller that reads frequency MAF and 0-5V MAP. Which my car has, I think.
I've tried both of those and it won't turn on. I'm pretty sure the wiring is good. Kinda sure I got the right pins. What frequency does the MAF run at?
Assuming my VW sensors are incompatible with the kit, any idea what generic sensor might work?
