First off I have spent hours going through all stickys and threads on here and google. I have also watched a bunch of youtube videos.....I am stumped. Here is my problem.
With it getting hot I though I would check my AC fans and stuff.... I have a read all the stickys and threads I could find and nothing has really helped me. My AC is working pretty good, and my car does not overheat at all even sitting in traffic. All the AC test articles ive read on MK4's say that with the key on AC on both fans should run. When I do this only the small fan on the passenger side run on low. Everyone says they should both run on low. What do I do if the big one doesnt run? I tested the fan by powering it directly and it runs fine.... I also swapped out the fan control module from a known working car and still nothing. Only the small fan runs. I also jumped the fan control thermostat and still only the small fan runs. I have checked the fused they were all fine... I pulled them out and checked for corrosion. Thanks!
