I wanted to get some more power out of my 2015 Golf TDI (recall leftover). Got the car with 75 miles. Upon delivery I pulled over and plugged in a SprintBooster to my throttle pedal. This alone did a lot to reduce throttle lag. I also installed a aftermarket intake box. That also helped a little more. So before installing the CRTD4 I shut off the SB to not skew any results.
TDI-Tuning claims I should go "from 148BHP to 195BHP and 320Nm to
390Nm of torque. You would see fuel gains of between 4-6mpg. This system is
currently on offer for £291.66 + £34.99 shipping to the USA"

The shipping was super fast. The unit can be reprogrammed for other vehicles. I assume that service would inclued new plugs as needed, but I do not know that for sure.
I didn't want to re program my ECU. I like plug and play or bolt on if possible. This provider from the U.K. had the only dual system I could find. It plugs into the fuel pressure sensor and the boost sensor. It's also adjustable. They send it to you set in the middle at #4.
I followed the instructions. They were easy enough. If you wait till it's cold to remove the plug for the fuel sensor it will go a lot easier.

I drove the recommended 20 miles before pulling over to adjust it to the maximum position #7. I'll play around with other modes, do efficiency runs and post th results later. For now all I care about is how much faster it is.
Well, I noticed an immediate difference. It pulls so much better. The biggest difference is in the 0-50mph. Although the short highway drive back I noticed I was not struggling to get it up in to triple digits. Once I turned on the SB as well, it really went from feeling like sluggish commuter car getting 49MPG to a hot hatch getting 27MPG and having a lot of fun doing it.
So far I would definitely recommend this unit.
I will post more as the miles go by. In one month I've allready done 3333 miles on this car.
