just got a used 02M - what should I check for ?

I just received a used 02M from Frans at DAP and I want to make sure its all good before installing it as part of my 01M to 02M swap. I've read on here that it's a good idea to check the shift forks, but I am curious if there is anything else I should be looking for when I open her up.
