Asking this for a friend as I do not have a beetle and therefore know nothing about that cars emissions situation. He has a 2014 beetle that I believe is a Gen 2 as it has urea. Car is also DSG. I’ve helped him get through the process of registering online and whatever, but he is now at the point to schedule the fix and the portal is telling him that no fix is available. I know the manuals are not approved, but I’ve seen people talk about getting their 2013 passats fixed. Perhaps I’m lost and the beetle is completely different, but I thought the 14 beetle was the same gen 2 setup as the passats. I looked for info in the beetle section but that place is pretty scarce. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
