Timing Belt Tensioner

Can anyone direct me to the thread for the correct way to set-up a new Timing Belt Tensioner? There was a write up on here, but now I cannot find it. I only have 70,000 miles on this timing belt since the last change, but I just did an inspection and it is getting loose. I was never comfortable with the way I set the tension on the last belt change at 101,000 miles.
