Just got a 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDI. At 1,000 miles the 'excessive oil pressure ' warning light came on. I stopped driving, called a VW dealer who said to bring it in. Went to dealership where they checked dipstick and said oil level was fine. Warning light went off after letting car sit. But 100 miles later 'excessive oil pressure ' warning was back on and still is showing.
What gives? Brand new car. Is this serious?
