kool-vue mirror warranty

can anyone give me a hookup for em. apparently they have a lifetime warranty and since the htr on the dr side don't work..and the power adj on the pass side don't work when its flipped up



I NEED WARRANTY..AND THEIR WEBSIRTE SUCKS.. when it works it gives you no info at all how to contact them
