47re just built with problems

just had my trans built and daily driving it shifts fine could shift a little stronger IMO but when i put the slicks on and run it at the track it hit first and second gear and when it trys to shift to 3rd it hesitates for at least a full second and then hits hard into 3rd but it only does it at WOT any help is appreciated
