Today I swapped out my 2300 stall converter for one that is supposed to be 17-1800 stall. Now my question is, how much of a difference should I notice just driving around? I went for a short test drive and it was almost exactly the same as before, maybe it is the same, it's hard to compare when you know something is changed. Am I expecting too much, or is there only going to be a difference in numbers on a track? It seems to me 5-600 rpm lower stall should have been a huge difference but maybe not.
