A quick instructional on how to embed a video.
Go to your youtube page and click the "Share" tab.
Once on the share tab, copy the link it shows.
Click the link button above the message field.
Paste the link to your video in the dialog box
The resultant code will look like this
If you want to change the title, delete the last of the two links and type in your Title.
The end result will look like this...
