Stripped coolant plug

I was in the process of installing a new twin kit on my 98 12v and I have run into a problem. I stripped the coolant plug behind the altenator that has a recessed Allen head 3/8".



Anybody have any ideas on how to get it out? [IMG]Attachment 56565[/IMG]
