My brother has a 98 12 3500 srw 4x4 ... We had this arguement for a while. He's been chasing this vibration for some time .. Part of the vib was a bent axle and carrier bearing mixed with a bent rim .. We took a trip to Orlando this weekend 2hr ride. His speedo is off by 10mph. We were doing 60 but it was really 70. ( no issues it was sitting pretty 10psi 700* 1800r
Any time you would tip into it to pass some one ( not kick down to 3rd) it would violently shake and jerk . to me it feels like converter shutter. But he's got a fti triple disc with 8k on it. He claims its trans .. But I Dont think it is..I would think it would act up all the time. It's not the death wobble either.. Have any of you ever experienced this?
