06 f250 cummins wont crank by the key.

I just put in a 24v in to a 06 F250. It will crank and start right up if you turn key to on and put 12v to the starter wire. But it will not crank with the key, relays just clicks. I tried holding the key and moving the shifter but still got nothing.

The whole 24v 5r110 pcs box wiring harness all came out of my 05 f250 that was wrecked. the new truck is a 06 that I bought with a blown motor, so i dont know if this was a problem before the swap.
