I picked this charger up the other day for dirt cheap. Took it apart cleaned it and started looking at the shaft and theres no oil seal on it and just slides in the cartridge,fits pretty loose in the cartridge. I was just wondering if anyones delt with this turbo and is there supposed to be a seal on the shaft or how does it seal. Theres not much info on this charger but just figured id check here.
