Hey guys, just wanted to take a second and share my latest build. First and foremost a big thanks goes out to all the guys at Black's Diesel Performance and Shawn Proctor for all the hard work, this thing is gonna be a beast. I ended up selling my last race truck and was looking for a way back into drag racing so I gave Ashley a call and this is what we came up with.
It's a 2007.5 2500 Mega Cab. It's got a built 6.4 CR with Hamiliton 188/220 cam and Carrillo Billet Rods. The head has been P/P, milled for larger valves, Hamilton springs and pushrods, 3.5" B&B sidemount intake, Beans Diesel billet valve cover, and is held down with H11 head studs. For fuel it has the latest ATS Twin Fueler kit with a stock 6.7 pump over an 85% over Industrial Injection pump fueling BBI Stage 4 injectors. For air I went with my old stand by second gen set up with a single cast S476/87/1.0 and Steed Speed angled T-4 manifold. Tuning is EFI Live by Hardway Performance. And last but not least it has a Black's built full Goerend tranny with an ATS standalone PCS controller/VB. I've still got a few punchlist items to knock out before I'm ready for the track, but I hope to push her into the 10s on fuel and land somewhere around 1,000hp.
