Impossible de lancer postgresql ...

Bonjour à tous.

J'ai un petit probleme je voudrais lancer postgress mais ca m'affiche un message d'erreur ...

j'ai verifié dans nmap et le port 5432 est ouvert .. j'ai chercher pendant 2h pourriez vous m'aider svp ?
