Cant pull stock file from ecm help!!

I have an 06 dodge and I'm having trouble getting the stock tune from the ecm. Truck was just at the dealer and was reflashed back to stock because it had an unknown tune in it when I bought it and I was having the same problem getting the tune from the ecm, when I connect I can get the controller info but when I hit read it says " script excited with code $0322: conditions not correct or request sequence error ($22). ". Please help
