Floor Console Light Replacemnt

I just got a 2012 dodge with a 6speed manual. I already ordered the mirror turn signal light and puddle light that were burnt out. I noticed last night a blank hole in my console right below the heater a/c controls. I looks like it is for a floor light that would illuminate the gear shift and 4x4 shifter. Mine is missing. My question is, is there suspose to be a light there and if so, how do I remove the panel(s) to access this light?
