03 ddp 90's s366 aarson 3 max boost? smarty tune?

I have a 2003 6 speed truck just turned 200k. Last week installed Arp studs, aarson 3 kit, DDP 90 nozzles, 4" exhaust, airdog 150 gated s366 turbo. I have my smarty set on #5 with timing. I'm Hitting 40lbs of boost but I was definitely expecting alot more from this combo. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as tuner setting etc to get more hp. I'm running a south bend street double if that makes any difference.
