cant get it to prime

I have a new 12v motor, new lift pump, an a new injection pump. I cannot get the damn thing to prime. I have fuel going to the injection pump but I get nothing out of it. i have the injector lines cracked open. the lift pump works great with the bulb and the cam but nothing out of the injection pump

any ideas?
