48re not shifting

have a 2006 3500 4x4 , was working great , stopped for fuel and now it won't shift from 1st gen inless you have the pedal at 100% , no codes , its a new trany , have tried new shift solenoids , transducer, made no difference



any ideas whats going on ? :bang
