98 12 valve makes around 70psi with twins. It gets used as a dd and occasionally hauls fairly heavy (25k). Popped my head gasket the other day and I'm going back and forth between simply replacing the gasket and adjusting the waste gate or having the head O ringed and being a little more on the safe side. Is it necessary? There's a lot of conflicting info on the necessity of O rings out there. Head studs are A1 12mm. If the consensus is to go ahead and O ring, any suggestions on who to use? What's the roundabout cost? I'm sending the pump off while the truck is down to be benched, is there a reputable shop that can do both? Thanks in advance for the help fellas.
