Startup Qs

I realize this is noob stuff to most but that's why I am asking it here. I have a 92 engine that hasn't been started in two years. I had the head decked and cut for orings, new gasket, 625s. Using the Cummins relocation filter housing and gasket from Jeff at Mumau, filter is on the frame rail. 351/472 in an OBS Ford so you can understand why I went that route...

Now I have cranked this engine for probably a minute total, 5 bursts of ten seconds or so. I have a mechanical gauge coming of the tee for my supply lines and it is showing no pressure. I took the filter off the remote housing and am getting no flow. I reused the old spring and plug from the original filter housing and just swapped it into the new one. Nothing below the head was touched, engine ran great when I bought it.

Any ideas on why I might not be seeing pressure? There are no leaks during or after cranking. I can post a video if it'd be helpful.

Thanks boys.
