Will not hot start

Hey guys I have been having a hot start issue lately and I've been scouring the forums. I'm hoping its not a sticking plunger/barrel issue. I did recently tighten down the gov springs 2 clicks and added a procomp pump along with a new lift pump all at the same time. Now this thing starts fine at 12* without the block heater plugged in though usually I plug it in at night. But after I run it hard or tow with it and let the egts cool down below 300* before I shut it off it will act like its out of fuel and and refuses to fire until I let it sit for 20 mins or so. My fp is at 50 with the pusher pump on and at 33 or so with it off. Even when I go to fire it up the fp gauge will show 12-15 psi before I start cranking. I'm going to try using cool water to rapidly cool the pump as mentioned in another thread to rule out a plunger/barrel hot temp sticking issue.



Any ideas??



There is one of the banjo bolts for the return line on the injectors showing a very small amount of wetness.
