What automatic transmission fluid do you prefer? 47rh/re

Just what the title says, I've got a freshly rebuilt 47rh and I'm curious to see what you guys run for fluid, I've got friends runnin atf+4, some have told me JD hygaurd is just as good or better? What do you like?
