swap ddec 3 to a ddec 2

Hi from Texas. New to site and pretty new to forums period. Swapping a ddec 3 out of 94 Pete and replacing it with a ddec2 out of 90 freightliner. Want to know what needs to be electronic wise. Will they work what needs to changed? Any help would greatly appreciated.
