So I changed my exhaust manifold to a T4 and I guess this T4 is not angled like the T3 the truck had. I have a 90* angled compressor housing (shown) and a standard compressor housing that came with this 66/74/.90 ar BW.
I'm having a mechanic do this for me and this is a shop not used to performance parts work but it is the only one available to me. He doesn't seem to have any great ideas of how to proceed.
I have a BD Turbine diverter on the way so that will force my turbo out further by about 1.5" or 2" I think so I need to take that into consideration.
How should I get these to connect? Easiest I can think of is buy a bent boot that is long enough to connect the two. Or should I cut the pipe, install a boot in between the sections to extend the length? Have a custom inter cooler pipe done?
